Cancellation & Refunds

This page explains cancellation and refunds for any paid Claim Saathi features, operated by Claim Saathi Technologies Private Limited.

Current status

Claim Saathi is in beta and core features are free to use. Paid features are being introduced; when they are live, the specific pricing and this cancellation & refund policy will apply to them.

Digital deliverables

Paid features produce digital deliverables (such as an analysis or a generated response letter / escalation pack). Where a payment fails to deliver the purchased output due to an error on our side, we will re-process it or refund that charge.

How to request

To raise a billing question, cancellation, or refund request, email support@claimsaathi.co.in with your account email and the payment reference. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
