Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Claim Saathi, operated by Claim Saathi Technologies Private Limited. By using the service you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Claim Saathi.

Who can use Claim Saathi

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract. You may add and manage claims for your family members, but only where you are authorised to handle their information.

What Claim Saathi does

Claim Saathi is a preparation aid for Indian health-insurance policyholders. It reads your uploaded documents, explains your policy and the official claim/grievance process, and helps you prepare submissions and responses. Every AI output is tied to your own documents.

What Claim Saathi is not

We are not a lawyer, insurer, broker, or a substitute for IRDAI, the Insurance Ombudsman, or the courts. We do not provide legal, medical, or financial advice, and we do not guarantee any claim outcome. You file claims and grievances yourself, through the official channels.

Your account

Sign-in is passwordless (Google or a one-time email link). Keep access to your email secure — anyone who can open a sign-in link can access your account. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised access.

Acceptable use

Use Claim Saathi only for your own genuine claims and those you’re authorised to handle. Don’t upload other people’s data without permission, don’t misuse or attempt to disrupt the service, and don’t use it for anything unlawful. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you provide.

Your content & our platform

Your documents and case data remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to process them only to provide the service (as described in our Privacy Policy). The Claim Saathi software, design, content, and the reference policy database are our intellectual property; don’t copy or reuse them except as the service allows.

Payments

Core features are currently free while we’re in beta. If we introduce paid features, their pricing and terms will be shown before you pay, and cancellations/refunds are covered on our Cancellation & Refunds page.

No warranties

Claim Saathi is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work to be accurate and anchor outputs to real policy wording, we don’t warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any analysis is complete. Always verify our outputs against your actual policy wording and the current regulatory rules before you act.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claim Saathi Technologies Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for any claim outcome or decision you make based on the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim (or ₹1,000 if you paid nothing). This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms, including uploading data you were not authorised to share.

Suspension & termination

You can stop using Claim Saathi and delete your account any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or the service is misused. You keep the right to export or delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity — continue to apply.

Availability & changes

We may update, suspend, or change features. We will post material changes to these terms on this page and update the date above.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any right you have to approach a consumer forum, the courts at our registered office location (Thane, Maharashtra) have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or the service.

Grievance Officer

In line with applicable Indian law, you can raise any complaint about the service or content with our Grievance Officer at support@claimsaathi.co.in, or by post at Claim Saathi Technologies Private Limited, 5/1802, Oxford, Regency Heights, Near Brahmand Phase 1, Azad Nagar Circle, Kolshet Road, Thane, Maharashtra 400607, India. We will acknowledge and address grievances within the timelines the rules require.

General

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms, with the Privacy Policy and Refunds page, are the entire agreement between you and us about the service.
